Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most garden decor products purchased from Quezriondhit, subject to the following conditions:
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Products that show signs of use, installation, weathering, or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for a return.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included with the returned product. Missing components may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required for all returns. We cannot process returns without verification of the original transaction.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products are not eligible for return or exchange due to their nature. These include:
- Custom-made or personalized items that have been produced to your specific requirements, including custom-sized planters, engraved lanterns, or bespoke textile orders.
- Sale or clearance items that were purchased at a discounted price, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Gift cards and store credit vouchers, which are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Items that have been used outdoors, exposed to weather conditions, or installed in any manner that alters their original condition.
- Perishable goods or items containing live plants, soil, or organic materials that cannot be resold once opened.
Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth and timely process:
- Step 1 - Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team by visiting the Contacts page and submitting a return request. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Step 2 - Receive Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
- Step 3 - Pack and Ship: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization.
- Step 4 - Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria. This inspection typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date we receive the item.
- Step 5 - Refund or Exchange: After the inspection is complete, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, or your exchange item will be shipped according to your preference.
Refund Details
Once your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed according to the following terms:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This includes credit cards, debit cards, and other supported payment methods.
- The refund amount will include the full product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed the return. The exact timing depends on your financial institution and the payment method used.
- If you paid with store credit, the refund will be credited back to your store credit balance and can be used for future purchases.
Partial Refunds

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost to you. To process a damage claim, we may request:

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of the product, as well as your location within the United States. Late or Missing Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered the shipping process can typically be cancelled with a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be processed as a standard return upon delivery.
